Our Team: Experience, Passion, Understanding.

Andy Fleming - Founder, Managing Director

Andy has a Bachelor of Cognitive Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science and more than 16 years experience in IT development and support for the research and education sectors.

Prior to founding Halogenics Andy spent 11 years as a systems manager and developer at one of Australia's most prominent research institutions, and it was here that his experience and interest in Animal Colony Management systems was developed.

Andy has spent his career designing, developing, implementing and supporting expert systems, and understands that these types of systems cannot work without close consultation with the people who need to use the system on a day-to-day basis.

Glenn Lees - Founder, Director
